General

All tours and excursion programs are sold under the license of Kalliopi Travel & Tours (a travel agency licensed by the Cyprus Tourist Organization).

Any vessel or vehicle used in the execution of excursions comply with the necessary legislation for operating excursions in Cyprus, including 3rd party liability insurance. Passengers must adhere to safety protocols as advised by operators and Cyprus Tours EU will not be liable for any damage to life, health or injury whilst undertaking any tour, excursion or activity.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser of any tour or excursion to ensure the activity is appropriate to their needs and meets their specific requirements and it is acknowledged by the purchaser of any tour or excursion that information published on this website may contain imprecision or faults, as may be legally allowed.

Every effort is made to guarantee prepaid bookings through our online ticketing system, even up to 24hours before the trip, however it is advised during high season, (June-August), that bookings for certain trips are made early enough, up to 14 days prior to the excursion, to avoid disappointment. Do contact us for further advice.

We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings.

Excursion bookings are non transferable.

Unless expressly mentioned, lunch and drinks are not included in excursions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cyprus Tours EU endeavors to adhere to advertised programs, however, all excursions offered through this website are subject to cancellation, route alteration, rearrangement or adjustment, due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator, eg severe weather conditions, necessary vessel or vehicle maintenance or breakdown.

For cancellations made in writing and confirmed by Cyprus Tours EU up to 48 hours prior to the trip, a full refund is given.

Last minute cancellations (within 48 hours), or ‘no shows’ (i.e. persons do not appear at the correct prearranged time and place), cannot be refunded, unless specified by 3rd Party Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of any tour or excursion or activity to ascertain up-to-date 3rd Party Terms & Conditions including cancellation and refund policy for cancellations made within 48 hours.

Refunds would be effected 5-10 days after and may be subject to 3-5% credit card charge.
